It's interesting how leaves are the most beautiful right before they die. It's the same with daylight. Both turn to brilliant reds, yellows, and oranges before fading. A last scream for recognition before their purpose is done. Awesome.
Thanksgiving came and went with the changing leaves. Blink and you miss it. I can't believe it's the thursday after already.
I have a lot to be thankful for. I have amazing friends out here. A comfortable house with awesome house mates. I have the opportunity to expand my mind and stretch myself at university. I have a wonderful church and church family. I have the best family ever and I miss every member dearly...
I'll stop being sappy. It's just that so often I miss all the blessings I have here wishing for something else (wishing to be in a third world country with poverty and so many other problems, figure that one out).
Anyways, it's midterm season and I need to buckle down and stop daydreaming. I have a job serving at the zellers restaurant (yes people do eat there). And I somehow fill every other second with catechism, attempting to do readings, the office, watching hockey, and who knows what else. That's my life.
To all my faithful readers: I love you all. Especially Levi. Haha.
Cheers.
