the School for Scandal

I went to my first real live theater (besides the dinner theater last year) yesterday! It was fun! A bunch of people from my English class, another English class and a Theater class took a bus to Toronto and went to see "the School for Scandal". I really liked it. We had read the play in class and it was really confusing and I didn't like it, but it was cool to see. It was a really small theater so it was a little interactive so that was cool. Tim, Kristen, Em, Colleen, and I all went.

Crazy Weather

It's been such crazy weather here lately! We had quite a bit of snow before Christmas, but when I got back, there was none (so much for my new boots). It's pretty warm for most of the time since then with a few colder days and a little snow that lasted only a couple days. So, we finally got some snow last Friday (I think), but Sunday was really warm and a lot of it melted, but it was still mostly around until yesterday. Yesterday it was super foggy almost all day- you could hardly see 50m! It was really wet outside- like it was raining, but you couldn't see the rain. Then it started freezing rain later on in the after noon. It rained hard off and on and then drizzled for a lot of the evening. Around 9 or 9:30 it started thundering and lightninging (i don't think that's a word), with no rain. That lasted about 2 hours. Then it started pouring!!! It was about +10 all night! Now this morning it's super windy (Alberta all over again) and quite cold and a little snowy. It's so weird!!!

Valentine's Day!!!!

Tim bought me my favorite flowers (gerbera dasies) in my favorite color for valentine's day, and he made me a card-thing with the words of "the Luckiest" by Ben Folds on it. It was so cute. We also went out to Kelsey's for Dinner, it was a lot of fun. We couldn't do much afterwards because I had two midterms the next day and Tim had one, but it was still a great day.
