The Winter Retreat (Jan. 20-22)

I went to the "winter retreat" this past week-end. We stayed at a camp about 45 min. from redeemer and worshiped, had four sessions on "standing firm in the faith", played games like capture the flag, a scavenger hunt, and lots of cards, and stayed up till about 4:30 both nights. I got to know a few more people from redeemer and had a lot of fun. About 86 people were there.

Snowboarding

We (Tim, Kristin, Heather, Pete, and I) went snowboarding on Tuesday (the 10th) at Blue Mountain- supposedly the best hill in Ontario. Ya, it's not very big. The conditions sucked too- there was hardly any snow, and I suck at snowboarding, but other than that it was pretty fun.
